 1. Getting API Keys {#api-keys}

To use the AI features, you need to add API keys in the plugin settings. All APIs listed below have free tiers – no credit card required!

 How to Add API Keys:

  1. Go to WordPress Admin → Settings → YouTube SEO.
  2. Paste your API keys in the respective fields.
  3. Click Save Changes.

 Tip: You don’t need to add all keys. Just add the ones you have. The tool will automatically use the available APIs in priority order.

 2. How to Use the Tool {#how-to-use}

Step 1: Enter Your Topic

  • On the tool page, type your video topic (e.g., “weight loss tips”, “smartphone review”).
  • Click “Analyze”.

Step 2: Select a Title

  • The tool fetches top 50 YouTube videos on your topic.
  • Each title card shows:
    • 👁️ Views count
    • 📊 Competition level (High/Medium/Low)
    • 💡 Why it works (SEO reasoning)
  • The “Best Pick” (🏆) is the top recommendation.
  • Click “Select” on any title you like.

Step 3: Get Description & Thumbnail Tips

  • A complete YouTube description is auto-generated.
  • You’ll also see:
    • 🎨 Thumbnail suggestions (layout, colors, text, emojis)
    • 🖼️ Thumbnail preview – you can download it!
  • Click “Copy Description” or “Download PDF” to save.

 3. Login & Save History {#login-history}

To save your searches and access them later:

How to Login:

  • Click the “Log In” link in the website header.
  • If you don’t have an account, click “Register” (you’ll become a Subscriber – not an admin).

After Login:

  • Save to History – After generating a description, click “💾 Save to History”.
  • View History – Click “📋 My History” to see all saved searches.
  • You can load any previous search anytime.

 5. Change Language {#language}

The tool supports English and हिन्दी (Hindi).

  • Look for the language dropdown at the top-right corner of the page.
  • Select “English” or “हिन्दी”.
  • The entire interface will switch instantly.

 6. Troubleshooting {#troubleshooting}

 No videos found?

  • Try a different topic.
  • Check if your YouTube API key is valid and has quota left.

 Description not generating?

  • Make sure at least one AI API key (Gemini, Groq, etc.) is added in Settings.
  • If all APIs fail, the tool uses a template-based description as fallback.

 Can’t login?

  • Use the WordPress login page: yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php.
  • If you forgot password, click “Lost your password?”.

 API quota exceeded?

  • Go to Settings → API Usage in admin panel to monitor daily usage.
  • YouTube API has 10,000 units/day. Search costs 100 units each.
